1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Veritas Funds LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”), including our website at veritasfundsllp.com and client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

Veritas Funds LLP provides asset recovery services, including but not limited to:

• Investigation and tracing of lost or stolen assets
• Cryptocurrency fraud recovery
• Broker and investment scam recovery
• Legal proceedings support
• Asset freezing and enforcement assistance

We do not guarantee the recovery of any specific amount. Recovery outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case, available evidence, and applicable legal frameworks.

3. Client Registration

To use our client portal, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by law to verify your identity before providing certain services. You agree to provide accurate identity documents and cooperate with our KYC process. Failure to complete KYC may result in delays or inability to proceed with your case.

5. Commission and Fees

Our services operate on a success-based commission model. Commission rates are published on our Commission page and may be updated from time to time. The applicable rate will be confirmed in your service agreement.

• Commission is calculated as a percentage of the recovered amount
• No upfront fees are charged for standard asset recovery services
• Third-party costs (court fees, expert reports) may apply and will be disclosed in advance
• Commission is payable upon successful recovery of assets

6. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and complete information about your case
• Not submit fraudulent or misleading claims
• Cooperate with our investigation team and provide requested documents
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Not engage in any activity that compromises the investigation

7. Confidentiality

All information shared between you and Veritas Funds LLP is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary for your case, as required by law, or with your express consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veritas Funds LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the commission fees received for the specific case in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, any commission owed on recoveries made prior to termination remains payable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
